Invite students to share their thoughts and experiences on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UE campus Berlin. This is an opportunity for students to engage in an open, informal discussion with the Diversity Officer and fellow students.

Ausgangslage und Ziel des Projektes/der Maßnahme

The project aimed to provide students with a platform to voice their opinions on what has worked well in the past and what should be prioritized moving forward in terms of diversity, equity, and inclusion. These insights will help shape the DEI strategy and initiatives at UE.

Umsetzung

Students from the Berlin and Potsdam campuses were invited to join the Diversity Officer for a discussion on these topics, with discussion questions and snacks provided.

Ergebnisse des Projektes/der Maßnahme

This served as an initial opportunity for students to learn more about the Diversity Officer and share their voices in an open space for ideas and thoughts. As Diversity Officer, I gained valuable insights into the diversity topics most important to students at UE, particularly gender equality and cultural and religious diversity.
