The mission at GPJ is to create great experiences. We strongly believe that only people with various backgrounds, talents and experiences, can create events that are designed for everyone. We need to support an inclusive world where all people are treated equally, with the respect, dignity, and safety they deserve. GPJ collaborates with all interested parties, listening to their stories and needs, looking at overall practices, partnering with ERGs and creating a safe environment for everyone.
GPJ celebrates the FLINTA* community, not only in March. 63% of our team in Germany identifies as women. They're organized in their own ERG and have a guaranteed seat on the table. Furthermore we're making an effort for equal payment which is regularly reviewed by our workers council (Betriebsrat).
