7Mind x Gymondo Learning Session
In this learning session we will explore dimensions of diversity and our unconscious biases through an experiment of self-reflection. After a group discussion, the DEI specialists from Gymondo and 7Mind will jointly present a short input about biases. In the second part we will provide specific call-to-action ideas for everybody to implement and continue to challenge our biases and stereotypes. In addition, both 7Mind and Gymondo will launch an extensive DEIB survey by Diversio in order to understand more about pain-points of inclusion within different demographic employee groups.
